Carly Rae Jepsen born 21st November, 1985 in Mission British Columbia Canada. By the time Carly Rae graduated from high school she had already appeared at talent shows within the area she lived in. She attended the Canadian College of Performing Arts after she graduated from highschool in Victoria. She reached the Top 3 in 2007. She was a contestant as a contestant for Canadian Idol, the 5th season. After the show she released the album she had titled Tug of War in 2008. It reached 6th place on the Canadian Albums Chart. In 2012 she debuted her debut album Kiss, which resulted in the top-selling single Call Me Maybe. It became a world-wide success, topping charts and selling over 15 million copies in 18 different countries. She has since released three albums, won many awards, and has been nominated for two Grammy Awards. Carly Rae Jepsen's career in music has earned her plenty of money.
